Hotel Europa Suites St Moritz, St. Moritz

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The location was fantastic, right on a hiking and snowshoeing path, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The rooms were spacious and relaxing, although some carpets might need a bit of cleaning. The service was amazing, with friendly and helpful staff, but do note that double beds are not available without a special overlay mattress. The dining options were okay, with limited choices, but I absolutely loved the cookies! Overall, a great value for the money.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms offered a nice mountain view, but the double bed setup was a bit odd, and the carpets needed cleaning. On the positive side, the location was excellent with easy access to snow-covered meadows and trails. However, the service was lacking, with an indifferent approach from the elderly owner couple and limited spa facilities. The dining options were varied but with minor quality food, and the facilities, though functional, could use some improvements.

My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, meeting my expectations for the price paid. However, it was a bit inconvenient to have to venture into town when all I wanted was to settle in for the evening.
